2 bedrooms, double occupancy.  Villa O sleeps 4 adults (including two couples) or a family of 4 (no children under 12), in full comfort. Except as noted above, 7 night minimum stay (absent special arrangement during non-holiday periods; generally not less than 5 nights). Rates and terms subject to change without notice.

Longer stays, 3 weeks or longer, are always encouraged. Rates per individual negotiation. Due to the number of inquiries, especially for November - April, please contact us early.

USD or Euros by bank transfer to our USD or EUR account. Personal or bank (cashier’s) check by mail per arrangement. PayPal or credit / debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover) accepted. 

Payment schedule (two equal installments) if reservation date >90 days before arrival date. Payment in full due 60 days prior to arrival. Rentals may be subject to a short-term plain English rental contract covering payments, cancellations and refunds, as well as use of the property and amenities. 

$500 refundable damage / excessive cleaning charges deposit may be required (due 15 days before arrival).

Provided daily after 10 am (except Sundays and French / local public holidays).
Note: Although voluntary, local custom is for villa guests to leave the housekeeper at the end of the stay a gratuity of €5 - €10 per day of stay. Your dedicated cleaning staff thanks you.

We provide complimentary airport or ferry arrival / departure and villa escort services through Mango Mango Yacht & Villa Services. We are happy to introduce you to the proprietor, Kevin LAWRIE.
