RATES & DATES 2023-2024

Villa O / Ouanalao’s rates are weekly (7-night basis), vary by season, and are payable in USD or Euros (€ always welcome). Rates are competitive with other new one and two-bedroom villas of comparable views, swimming pool, and other amenities in the coveted Colombier and Flamands area.

Effective July 2023, current rates are as follows. They reflect a 15% discount due to construction on adjacent property.

Rate Basis and Minimum Stay; Longer Stays

2 bedrooms, double occupancy.  Ouanalao sleeps 4 adults (including two couples) or a family of 4 (no children under 12), in full comfort. Except as noted above, 7 night minimum stay (absent special arrangement during non-holiday periods; generally not less than 5 nights). Rates and terms subject to change without notice.

Longer stays, 3 weeks or longer, are always encouraged. Rates per individual negotiation. Due to the number of inquiries, especially for November - April, please contact us early.

Currency & Payment Methods

USD or Euros by bank transfer to our USD or EUR account. Personal or bank (cashier’s) check by mail per arrangement. PayPal or credit / debit card (Visa, Mastercard,, Discover) accepted. 

Deposits, Payment Schedule, Cancellation & Refunds

Payment schedule (two equal installments) if reservation date >90 days before arrival date. Payment in full due 60 days prior to arrival. Rentals may be subject to a short-term plain English rental contract covering payments, cancellations and refunds, as well as use of the property and amenities. 

$500 refundable damage / excessive cleaning charges deposit may be required (due 15 days before arrival).

Housekeeping

Provided daily (except Sundays and French / local public holidays).
Note: Although voluntary, local custom is for villa guests to leave the housekeeper at the end of the stay a gratuity of €5 - €10 per day of stay. Your dedicated cleaning staff thanks you.

Local Tourism / Lodging Tax

5% taxe de séjour applicable.

Arrival, Concierge Services and Car Rental

We provide complimentary airport or ferry arrival / departure and villa escort services through Mango Mango Yacht & Villa Services. We are happy to introduce you to the proprietor, Kevin LAWRIE. We and other guests highly recommend Kevin’s additional concierge services (for your account), which are of the highest professionalism. Our preferred car rental provider is Gumbs Car Rental. Please mention Villa O when reserving, or ask us to introduce you to the proprietor, Odile GUMBS. We receive no direct financial benefit from these referrals and voluntarily make them enthusiastically.
