Villa O has magnificent unobstructed views over Flamands Beach, the uninhabited Îles Chevreau (billy goat), Frégate and Toc Vers. Most of all, over the endless deep sapphire blue of the open Atlantic. It's at this point of St. Barthélemy that the Caribbean Sea meets the Atlantic - land's end until Africa to the Northeast (Mauritania, 4,300km / 2,700 mi). Your worldly cares quickly dissolve as you watch the infinite variety of billowing cloud formations.

Reality Stops Here

At Villa O, each day brings a different miracle . You'll enjoy inspiring, peaceful sunrises from 6:00 am and lovely sunsets from 6:00 pm over the open Atlantic. The magic potion of sun, breathtaking views, warm water and constant trade winds soon works its potent cure. The first wonderfully carefree day blends into the next, then a third, punctuated only by the most deep, restful sleep. Time slows. You're now uncertain which day of the week it is. Nor longer care.

Pool and Sunning Decks

Private, rectangular, heated swimming pool (23 ft / 7m long) with ocean view in front of the living room and bedrooms. In-water full-length bench (banquette) offers infinity views. Two sunning decks; 4 comfortable de luxe lounge chairs and 2 matching tables. Balcony with tasteful rail and sailboat lifelines. Floats, beach towels and elegant outdoor drinkware provided.

Spacious Wrap-around Terrace

Vast covered but sunny terrace for dining, grilling and relaxing. Weber grill (gas). Teak and wicker outdoor seating / conversation area and matching dining table, seats 6, both with pool and ocean view.

Bedrooms

Master bedroom with king-size bed, walk-in dressing closet, convenience safe, plush chair, dressing table (commode) and TV.

Second bedroom with two adjoining beds (can be separated), night stands and clothes chest (armoire) with closet rod.

Both bedrooms: Light-blocking curtains, French bed linens, duvets and luxurious yacht-quality mattresses. Separate split-unit A/C and ceiling fan, direct view and independent access to terrace and pool.

Bathroom; Villa O has one bathroom with a spacious shower and 2 sinks. Towels and Beach towels are changed every 2 days. Water is scarce and we hope your understand our environmental policy.

Villa O sleeps 4 guests in total comfort and is perfect for two couples or a family of 4. No children under 12.

Living and Dining Areas

Round dining table with 4 chairs, plus 2 seats at nearby bar. Contemporary custom-made wall-mounted sideboard with drop-down leaf. Unique suspended lamp with nest shade. Steps away, the poolside teak and wicker outdoor dining set for 6 - 8 persons.

Kitchen

Open-plan kitchen with counter bar, fully equipped by a New York chef. Perfectly proportioned for maximum efficiency. Elegant European cookware, flatware, glassware, cutlery, serving dishes and dinnerware. Siemens convection oven, dishwasher, all small appliances and thoughtful accessories to make for gracious living: Nespresso, coffee maker, water cooker, toaster, microwave, Braun blender, citrus press, drink shaker, wine rack, wine and champagne coolers.

Complimentary Meet & Greet; Concierge

Our independent concierge provider, Mango Mango Yacht & Villa Services, will meet you at the airport or ferry terminal, escort you to the villa and provide a quick orientation (our expense). By arrangement (your account), Mango Mango also offers a full range of concierge services, including pre-arrival kitchen provisioning, hard to get reservations, excursions, babysitting and private chef dinners. Guests rave; you won’t be disappointed. Go ahead and indulge yourself !

Local Services

We also use and heartily recommend a local French-trained massage therapist (ostéopathe) who will treat you on-site overlooking the ocean, an excellent adjacent French hair dresser (coiffeuse) and Gumbs, our preferred local car rental agency.

Villa O is fully equipped with the latest electronics. European and US outlets, adapters and power strips throughout the villa. Samsung 40" / 102cm 4K Smart TV, with SONOS Playbase soundbar (LR) and Sony 32" / 81cm 4K Smart TV (Master BR). You’ll find two Apple TVs, Amazon Fire TV and apps for major US & FR streaming providers. Sling TV and Sirius XM All Access apps stream U.S. TV and radio via a U.S. VPN router (subject to local internet conditions).

Two SONOS Play:1 speakers with wireless smartphone connections to your music collection possible. Bose Revolve + portable speaker for terrace use. Wi-Fi network (OuanNet) with 4G LTE internet. Work desk and wireless laser printer. Multiple USB chargers thoughtfully placed. Convenience outlet with 110V power. Good cell coverage and Wi-Fi calling via OuanaNet. Please note that the internet and cell service may have sporadic outages and we cannot guarantee these services when local outages occur.

Location

The villa is supremely convenient in residential Colombier a traditional neighborhood. Nearby beaches are Flamands (excellent sunbathing), Anse des Cayes (good for surfing), Colombier (also called Rockefeller Beach for historical reasons; requires a nature hike and worth every step) and St. Jean (water sports, sunbathing, airplane spotting, Nikki Beach Club, Eden Rock Hotel). The traditional village of Corossol with its local shops, bars and restaurants is nearby. Lightly trafficked, our road is excellent for morning and evening walking and jogging, or taking the nearby hiking trails to secluded Colombier Beach or down to Flamand’s long white beach.

Villa O is close to shopping in St. Jean (groceries - Marché U close to airport, bank ATMs (BRED and LCL), La Parapharmacie and other essentials). Then not too far you’ll find Gustavia's delights, duty free luxury stores such as Hermès, Louis Vuitton, Cartier, Bulgari, Prada, Dolce e Gabbana and Chopard. There are also local boutiques, bars and restaurants, banks (BNP Paribas and Crédit Agricole), the morning fish market, marina and ferry.
